I loved it.
-
great for the value of moey
everything was great but the people from house keeping and those who check the mini bar they enter the room without kncking at the door were each time i need either to shout or they are in my room which is bad, they should knock wait and then enter
-
Very clean, nice and helpful stuff, good location near metro and tram stations, the breakfast variety was huge
there is nothing that i can think it could be better
-
Our first impression of Prague was awesome because of this hotel! The staff was beyond polite! The hotel was perfect with the metro literally a few floors below! The rooms were great!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!
-
Good hotel, clean, excellent wellnes ans spa, but the cost of food and drink is rather high compared to other places. i recomend the asian restaurants next to the wellness center. It happend that when I visit Prague, Mike Tyson to be in the same hotel, so I think that recomand it as a good hotel, but only if you take it from this site. Price in the reception is 4 times higher.
elegancy

The room was comfortable, with easily available internet access, and the breakfast was good too - all at a reasonable rate
Gym use options were too restrictive.

Undercover parking in closed-access hotel garage. Very large bedroom & bathroom - well equipped. Nice shopping mall attached (3-tier) with very good food court (different restaurants) - but plastic seating/tables. Good metro/bus/tram connections (close by) to downtown/elsewhere. Very helpful bar staff.
Clinical design/furnishing throughout - steel and glass - no soft edges or warmth. Very large impersonal and unmanned hotel entrance. Very impersonal business-like cafetaria-style breakfast area, with mediocre breakfast food. The wellness centre is not in the hotel - it is a separate business situated in the shopping mall. Easy to get to but not in a dressing gown, and the pool etc. is not large. The immediate area of the hotel is an uninteresting part of Prague. Had to request a kettle several times before it became available - there are no coffee/tea-making facilities in normal rooms but there is a minibar. Lots of large/noisy guest groups - bus tours and sports teams. Not a relaxed, warm, family atmosphere.
-
Everything was great: location (near to metro station), quiet and large room, modern architecture and design, price, good breakfast
maybe some reception staff should have a bit more positive attitude.
-
I have booked an executive suit, and the next morning I found out that they gave me a standard room, and I was still charged for the executive room. this is not professional. Kind regards, Lorincz Andras

The check out process during congress was a mess.I've never been queuing like that before.
-
Excellent hotel for business but quite far from the centre and airport.
The towels could have been a bit bigger and fluffier!

The lift system with access card did not function and there was no one to assist, instead of so many people gathering around the lift. I had made a booking with total amount in Euro and the hotel seem to be very clever first they converted the amount in Czech Kroner at a very high market rate and then charge dmy credit card in kroner, so my bank also did currency conversion and in the long run I have paid 20 Euros more. I will report the same to my Credit card company as my booking confirmaiton is in Euro.
